Returns Policy
For safety and quality control reasons, goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Product defect resulting from our fault is the only valid reason to be eligible to request an exchange or a credit purchase from us.

- No product will be accepted without prior authorization approval from us.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged after sale or with an expiry date inferior to 6 months or for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
- To complete your exchange, your need to provide the reference of your order.
- Cost and risks of sending the product back is your responsibility.
- You may return your product within 10 working days from date of shipping. We will not exchange or issue a credit purchase after this date.

LOCAL DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE
We offer a flat delivery fee of $8 for all orders large or small Australia Wide.
For deliveries throughout Australia we use the third party services of Australia Post or a local courier. They usually deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days after shipment.
While using the services of a third–party, we have no control on the delivery lead time, and seek your understanding in the event of a delay.
